I always had a lovely experience each time I went. I traveled 2 hours away because I really wanted to get my dress at David's Bridal. Cassie was so lovely and patient in helping me pick out my dress. And Jordan the sales manager truly goes above and beyond to help you, she is simply amazing. Thank you! Looking forward to my alternations appointment in a few months ☺️

Very great phone / online service. I was however sent the wrong colour dress. Can someone reach out to me via messenger? I am not sure what to do since the store is closed in order to receive the right dress in time for the wedding. Thanks.

Every single visit before our wedding day was met with excellent service, especially with Kia and head seamstresses! All of my bridesmaids were happy with their dresses and mine was tailored to fit perfectly. My daughter looked like a princess and loved her experience. Very happy with my purchases and prices were very reasonable!

I went with my sister to find her wedding dress- she had a few ideas of what she might want. Amy was our consultant and right off the bat, she was welcoming and friendly. My sister tried on 7-8 dresses and Amy was so patient! When we thought we had made the choice, Amy came out with a curve ball - totally different dress than what she was already trying on- and it ended up being the dress!!
