This review is long overdue as I've been married since 2020 but haven't forgot what an amazing experience and service I had. Arrived at my appointment with only plans for trying on dresses. Gave the list of dresses I saw online to try on to the salesperson assigned to me for my appointment and she gathered them all - believe there was only one dress not available in my size. I enjoyed my experience and I had a great time with Jenny along with her colleagues. They have the best service at David’s Bridal and was able to find the perfect dress for my big day!! All thanks to the staff!
We want to thank David's Bridal Ottawa for making sure we look beautifully dressed for this special occasion. The staff are accommodating, friendly and kind .The bride felt beautiful and happy with her experience . They have wide selection of bridesmaids dresses and are budget friendly as well. Highly recommend them !
Came in today with my friend to look for her wedding dress. She’s come in a few times already but today really was an amazing experience. We had help from the lovely Jenny! From the second we got there, she was all smiles and eager to help us. She gave us plenty of time to browse and was really attentive. We then were cashed out by Meagan who was also really sweet and pleasant! These two girls made our visit extra special!
This past weekend, I went with my mom to choose my wedding dress. Jenny made my appointment exceptional. She listened to my concerns and provided wonderful suggestions from them. I ended up getting my wedding dress after about a hour or so and never felt pressured at all. Thank you so much Jenny!
