I made my appointment online, they sent me a confirmation text to remind me and I received a call confirming my appointment that's 2 thumbs up so far. I arrived at the store and wow,, was it booming but hey that's great and I wasn't in any rush. The nice lady at the bridal counter took care of me quickly, I filled out my bridal form and within 2 minutes I was on the way up the stairs with wonderful Michelle who was pretty awesome. I bought my wedding dress here and also bought my bridesmaids dresses here. It can be a bit chaotic in the store and may not be as personal of an experience as one expects for wedding events but the staff was very helpful and accommodating on both occasions. Also, the dresses are so reasonably priced. To be honest, wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses can be so overpriced. I found dresses I loved for significant lower costs.
