Great Service!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I found my dress the same day and scheduled for some minor alterations.
I walked into David’s Bridal Paramus after a horrible experience at a department store nearby. (I had gone to the other store for my first fitting and had such a bad experience that I ended up returning the dress.) Felicia heard my story and assured me that I could be seen for an appointment even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I only had to wait about 15 minutes! What a great experience we had at this David's location this morning! After searching and trying on almost 40 dresses at other bridal shops, my daughter-in-law to be walked into David's in Paramus, and immediately felt at ease. The store has beautiful dresses at every price point and aims to make you feel comfortable with the shopping process. We were helped by Juana who was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. i am always beyond happy when i walk into David's Bridal in Paramus! i have found my favorite heels, bridesmaid dresses, dresses for birthdays/events and the classic "little black dress". the staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. from walking in, finding a dress, and getting alterations - i leave with a smile on my face everytime!!
