Update; the manager called me up. We spoke and i ended up having a more positive experience come the end. Mixed reviews on this place! My dress is beautiful (not the one I chose in the picture) but the stores service could use some work. The alterations manager is def the saving grace for this review, though even he could have been more customer service inclined during my fitting that took maybe 12 minutes. Hannah & April both helped me find my wedding dress when I went in! It was my first time ever going in for an appointment like this so I was pretty nervous but they were SO amazing and so kind! It felt like we were all super close friends and i loved that! They made me feel beautiful and comfortable! I highly recommend these ladies for your consultation! Shay was my bridal consultant. She did a very good job at being attentive and recommending styles and accessories for my overall look. The selection of dresses where great and I was really happy that the prices were a good range. It was fun to play princess and twirl around. I had a great time.
The whole experience was amazing. From the initial visit to last alterations! This lady right here is on point! Had to make her take this picture! Love ya! The alterations department were awesome! Love it and can’t wait til my sweetheart sees me in it.
Allysa helped me find the PERFECT dress. I had just come from another bridal appointment where the person assisting me left me in tears by making comments about my body, and Allysa made me feel great about myself in every dress she picked for me, and I actually left with the first one she thought I’d like. Thank you for turning what was an awful day into a special one
