I went in today to get fitted for a dress. I’m getting married in July. Bethany was AWESOME. She was patient and helpful.
Fantastic experience! Walked in with no appointment wanting to look at "off the rack" options for a mother-of-the-groom dress since I wasn't crazy about another dress I bought elsewhere. Terri (I'm horrible with names, but this is the name on my receipt so I hope it was her) directed us to the correct area of the store and told me to let her know if I wanted to try anything on. I was really nervous because of a bad bridesmaid experience at the store in Davenport but I got my wedding dress here and it truly was wonderful. The staff really do make the experience and I'm so glad the woman helping me wasn't too pushy, wasn't too chatty or stand off ish. It was clear she could read the group vibes really well and who wanted a more casual time and who wanted the whole showy wedding dress experience. I'm sorry I don't remember my sales associates name but thank you!
Went with my bridal party and the second dress I tried on was It!!! The staff were so fun and helpful everyone made my experience so memorable.
