I loved my experience with David's Bridal. It was a lot more low pressure and less expensive than the boutique bridal stores. They didn't pressure me to choose a dress as happened at other places and helped me find exactly what I wanted. They helped me find the dress, slip, veil, and other items I needed or might have forgotten about. The alterations department were pros as well. I had heard both good and bad about this place, but I didn't think there was anything at all to complain about! I worried so much about them not having many in my size, but there was a big selection for plus sizes!! The prices were great! Everyone was extremely friendly! The girl helping me was Alyssa, and she was very very sweet! She was very helpful & friendly and was great with giving me her opinions!! We will definitely be back for the bridesmaid dresses!
I'm the maid of honor in my best friends wedding. We had such a great time trying on dresses. And the bride found her perfect dress! Bethany was such a great help! She was wonderful and patient especially with my daughter the flower girl. She made her feel like a princess trying on 5 different dresses. But we found the perfect one!! All in all our experience was wonderful and so was Bethany!!!
This was my first wedding dress shopping experience and fortunely I can say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I was very indecisive (even had to walk out of the store for a little while to contemplate even after saying I had found my dress), but the staff was super patient and attentive.
