The customer service at the pinole store was exceptional. They were more than willing to help me with a dilemma i had.They were all super nice and The manager was AWSOME and Sabrina was amazing in helping me find a dress. !!!!ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU
I was extremely apprehensive before my appointment. I was assisted by Sylvia and she was an absolute GODSEND! I looked at a few styles, found a dress, got it ordered and was done in no time! I know if it wasn't for her patience and understanding I would still be looking!
We went here to buy a prom dress for my daughter. They had a huge selection of dresses to choose from.
The staff here are wonderful. They did everything they could to help and thanks to them I found the perfect dress.
Alene is the sweetest person I have met at David's Bridal. Ever since I've been going to that location since September of last year, she's always been super helpful and really kind. Noah and his team helped both my daughter two years back to back with their wedding dresses and mother of the bride dresses. Noah was so helpful and helped make things run smoothly. They were very knowledgeable on all your items in the store and on line. Two weddings in 2014-2015 for my baby twins I appreciate all that the Davids Bridal team helped us with.
