If I could give this store zero stars I would. My nightmare of an experience began when I went in with 3 Bridesmaids on May 5th to order Bridesmaids dresses. The girl who rang them up ordered every single dress incorrectly, which I didn’t know until I went to go pick them up and they brought out 3 completely different dresses. I had to reorder every single dress based on memory because every Bridesmaid was wearing different styles. Had a horrible experience compared to last time i was there .i had to grab my own wedding dresses to try on even though i had an appointment.i had to have another customer help me put on the dresses and she barely got me any dresses to try on. Even my maid of honor had to grab her own dresses to try on
They had a long waiting time to try on dresses. Additionally not a wide selection of dresses for women who wore anything over a size 10. However, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, even though our sales representative left us to fend for ourselves. By the way, my daughter found her dress...Hooray
