Dress shopping should be fun and exciting... But after my 2nd visit I felt like crying. My first visit was back in July. I went without an appointment to see what they have to offer. Then I was told I cannot try on any dress unless I book an appointment. So I booked an appointment that same day. I cam back only to know that I was double book with another bride. I have never been treated so badly in a store, the consultant was rude and spent more time with the other bride...even they couldn't believe it when they told us our time was up.. My daughter left in tears... I would give the 0 starts if I could...I would never recommend this business..when to another shop and found the perfect dress.
Went into the store today to look for my wedding shoes and because I wasn't buying anything they just walked away and looked at me like I was a waist of time....plus there rude and snooty I would advise to find another one other then Pinole.
