I honestly was not anticipating a great visit based on my experience in the Roseville, CA store. This location turned it ALL around. My consultant Jordan had one other bride, but I didn't feel like her "second Bride" at all!! I felt as though I was her only bride. she listened to what I liked, pulled about 12 dresses, and helped me find my dream dress!!! She was absolutely amazing as was her manager Josette, I think?! I'm in one of my best friend's weddings in October, we went in April to get our bridesmaids dresses and I bought mine that day (not knowing I was pregnant). Long story short my dress no longer fits so I called the Pinole location, made an appointment for a few days later, got a new dress ordered and it'll be here a month before the wedding.. just in time to get alterations done! I was so worried they wouldn't exchange my dress but they did it no problem and were very sweet about it. The woman helping me was also super nice a... read more

Alondra was a great help when I was choosing my wedding dress. She understood perfectly what I was looking for! She also helped with my bridesmaids dresses! Definitely a great experience!!!
The lady who was helping me for my appointment was great. She not only went and found me dresses to try on she assisted me with the corset dresses and helped me with the train so I can see what it looked like.
