I would never purchase a dress here. Walked in to look & they wouldn’t pay me no mind because I didn’t have an appointment. 8 open dressing rooms & I couldn’t try anything on. Rude staff & overrated.

me and my bridesmaid finally had a dare where we all can meet. I was super excited. Maryann was trying to help everything we said she had something to say. she took our measurement with our jackets and hoodies which we all seem to be strange. I was not pleased with how I was passed between two stylists. When I arrived my Maid of Honor and I were happy to be there. The women at the front was very welcoming. We looked around the store until they were ready for us. A nice young woman named Alex came up to us and introduced herself as my stylist. We talked about my wedding and what we were looking for. Worst experience of my life. They allow MEN in the women’s fitting room area, and employee came into help me figure out a complicated bridesmaid dress and left my door hang wide open, the man literally saw everything I had to offer, (you can’t wear a bra, when trying on dresses). I started screaming that there was a man in the fit to my room area so he left, THEN the 4 women with him invited him back in a second time, as if the first time wasn’t traumatizing enough for me. The sales team was great, it was a pleasant experience. The alterations team was the complete opposite. I have tried to give Grace over this last year with the pandemic and the craziness of the world, however the alterations department was insanely overpriced and rushed my dress before they closed for Covid (2 weeks from the time I got it fitted). Do not come here. First, for my initial appointment to try dresses on, I was assigned to an employee but she rarely helped me get into any dresses as she was with another party. Bad service, but I could look past that as I did find MY dress. Today we went to find bridesmaids dresses, our stylist was Rebecca. I cannot say enough things about how wonderful she was. When I was getting frustrated, she reminded me it was my wedding and it was ultimately my decision. She was wonderful with my girls, and even chose a few dresses for them. She asked me what I wanted and how to start. Rebecca would include me in pulling dresses and giving her input! Trying to find a dress for the marine ball and the service was utterly rude. I knew what type of dress I wanted from there because I screenshot the ones I wanted to try on and I just wanted to make sure I get the right size. I asked to be measured and the lady was rude and smart stating oh you have to try on our dresses to be measured. Than when I was getting measured the lady rushed and than guessed what sized I was 4X the size that I am when I went to a different place. I would not recommend this disrespectful place at all

Alterations is the absolute worst. I was ready to buy THE dress until she decided to scold me for the changes I wanted to discuss as it "ruined the dress" and that I should pick another in place of ruining the designers vision. I love the consultant I had she was amazing but I can't purchase from a place that refuses to listen to me.
