Was not happy with the service we got there they were very nasty with us
I am not one to complain about much, but this store is very unorganized. My friend had us order our bridesmaids dresses here and it turned into a disaster. She told them multiple times which ones she wanted and when they ordered the wrong ones. I had to drive back to exchange it (with another one of the bridesmaids dresses because somehow our orders were put together? ) And after complaining they offered to ship it for free. After reading the glowing reviews here I just knew I was going to have an amazing experience at the Old McKnight Rd location. For the most part I did. The staff were helpful, warm, and helped me create the perfect color palette for by bridesmaids. That was a 5 star experience. After we found dresses for the bms, I asked to try on wedding dresses and I am grateful they found time for me to do this on a weekend. Horrible service. Asked where mother of the bride dresses were & woman just pointed. Zero help whatsoever. Will visit Monroeville store instead.
Don't go there!!! One of my dresses didn't arrive until a week before my wedding!! My stepdaughters dress fell apart right after the ceremony!!
My sister's wedding is in 2 weeks and i still don't have my dress
