Prompt service, the ladies are all very kind and friendly. Beautiful assortment of gowns. The show selection is nice, they have lovely jewelry and garters, and all the bridal party accessories and clothes are very fun and pretty.
The ladies that work here are amazing. It’s my daughters senior prom and I was suppose to get her dress made but the person backed out a week before prom. I found her a dress she liked but it needed alterations. The ladies got it done in 5 days. They were nice, patient and courteous from start to finish. If you want excellent customer service this location is the one

Shyla was extremely helpful and chipper!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. She got that dress and several others that she thought I might like & I had a hard time picking! I ended up with the one I came in for but she helped tweak it with a bigger slip for a more dramatic look. She made my experience so perfect.
We had ordered a dress from David's online. It arrived and was beautiful. We took it to a local seamstress and she ruined the dress. The event was 6 days away. We went to David's in Plymouth Meeting. They had the dress in stock and when we told them our situation they bent over backwards to help us. The seamstress, Rose, met with us and scheduled us to come back for a fitting the next day and said she could have the dress ready for us in time for the event. She was so sweet and helpful.
