We love the dress and the young lady helping us was awesome. The experience wasn't that great because unfortunately there was only one person helping 3-4 people. I felt bad for her. She handled it well but there really should have been at least one more stylist scheduled.

My experience with David's bridal truley had its ups and downs...I fell in love with my dress then you resold my dress while giving me the run around about when it would be in. Finally after a few more issues I got my dress and made it to my fittings the seamstress was so nice and made up for the issues before but then when I went to get my dress from alterations I was so rushed and felt like i was in the way. Stylist was able to get us the dresses we were interested in trying on however she was clearly being pulled in too many directions with other clients. Suggestions, help with dresses, and alteration advice was not offered. I had to tracker her down to order the dresses we choose to order.

We made an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes before being helped. Not as big a selection of dresses as expected. They were very traditional. The assistant was very nice though. Didn't find anything but it was ok experience.
