I had such an amazing experience at this location! Long story short I had purchased a dress from David’s Bridal at another location and after some thought- realized it wasn’t the dress I wanted. I went in and explained this to my consultant, Leah who was super caring and understanding and did an amazing job helping me find the right dress. ATHENA IS THE BEST! detailed oriented, patient, and knows a lot of details about dress types and complementary tones/accents/apparel for the bride. Weddings are a once in a lifetime experience - i highly recommend working with a person who can help your dreams come true without the stress.

I had a wonderful experience working with Erika at the Raleigh location! I’d already had a virtual consultation so I knew what styles I wanted to try on. In the time we were there Erika helped me find six of the dresses that were in store along with different accessories to customize them. It was a great experience and I am so excited to say I found a dress I love!

My experience here has been wonderful but I mainly want to point out how amazing my alterations specialist, Fatima, has been during this whole process. When I purchased my dress at David’s Bridal, I had visions of a certain look which required making tweaks and changes to my dress. I needed to take out a layer and add a different one, as well as custom make an addition to the dress. I am extremely grateful for the communication of the staff and my consultant, Leah, for their support, patience and input! The shop was very busy with prom season coming around the corner but as soon as I walked in they set the expectations of what to expect and confirmed that the appointment time still worked with that in mind. I found a strong contender for my wedding dress and didn’t feel pressured to buy that day, I look forward to my next steps.
