I recently went with a friend to pick out her wedding dress. It was a quick wedding and the bride was looking for something in the store. Ericka G. helped us and she was fabulous!! She took excellent care of the bride and didn’t seem bothered by our timeframe or limited selection. She offered suggestions with accessories, scheduled us a quick fitting and even got the dress altered on site when she found a slight defect in the undergarment. I went to look for my wedding dress on April 1st, and was completely blow away by the service. I made an appointment just to look and get an idea for what I wanted. I brought my mom and sister, and my soon to be mother-in-law and sister-in-law. We all were accommodated and taken care of the whole time. I was assigned to one of the employees and she was so helpful. She listened to all of the things I was looking for, and she ended up finding the dress of my dreams. I was fortunate to get a great stylist -- Brenda. She was easy to work with, no hard sell, and very accommodating when I realized the dress I ordered was a size to small when I went to pick it up at the shop. Fortunately, they had just gotten a new one of the same dress in the next size up, and it was no problem to get that one instead. (Keep in mind that when you are trying on sample dresses, they are really stretched out! Don't use that as your guide for what size to order!)
