RecommendedI can’t say enough about how great the customer service is at the Rapid City David’s bridal. I had previously gone in and bought a dress which unfortunately was ordered too big. There was no chance for a new dress coming in on time. Not only did they fix the issue they did it with compassion. With many places putting customer service on the back burner it was such a joy to work with a company that made it right and went that extra mile to do so with genuine care. The girl who i was working with wasn’t very helpful. She wouldn’t help me pin up the dresses i was trying on so i never got a good idea of how the dress was supposed to look. There was also like no conversation ever. It was so awkward and i could not wait to leave. Highly don’t recommend. And all the dresses looked exactly the same, same floral prints and they all looked super cheap.

I've had 2 appointments here and I brought my maid of honor both times. and both times we were there no one who worked here help me put on wedding dresses from their establishment. that is their job. I also asked to do a picture with me finding the one dress for my wedding and neither of the times I was there did I get one. plus the seamstress was awful. she started me out at $400 and when I got the paper at the end it was $710. that's ridiculous. that's the price of the dress. both experiences were completely awful and I wo... read more
