Everyone was so helpful and welcoming! I had Laura and she was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! The environment was wonderful, organized and friendly. I came here two years in a row for my prom dress and haven’t been disappointed in the slightest.

I drove from Wisconsin to Minnesota to go to David's Bridal in Richmond. The staff was amazing. I needed a mother of the groom dress and they were on it. I was ushered into a changing room and several dresses were brought to me. We had it narrowed down to 2 dresses within 30 minutes. I face timed one of my friends and she also agreed on our choice of dresses. They also got me in later today for a dress hem because I am short. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 but a stylist was not available until 3:30. Then we were asked to leave at the scheduled end time of 4:30, as another bride was waiting. I did like the variety of dresses and that there were some there in my size.
