My amazing bridal party and I met at David's Bridal on Saturday in hopes of getting some good ideas on what it is we exactly wanted. There was a sign on the door letting us know they were short staffed which was good to know... I was the first to arrive and Karen greeted me with a smile. I could instantly tell she was busy but she still took the time to explain everything she needed to. I told Karen I would be fine just browsing for now. My daughter was needing a bridesmaid dress. We were cheerfully greeted as we entered the store, and Sydney showed us where to start, and she checked in with us frequently, always with a smile and fun sense of humor. Micaela helped us at the checkout, and she was so kind and made sure the dress was ordered correctly. Every associate we came into contact with was friendly! This store knows how to treat customers!

Amazing experience! The associate who helped us was Karen and she was FANTASTIC! She helped us with finding my sisters perfect wedding dress and all of our bridesmaid dresses! She made the whole experience fun and inviting and she offered great input on styles!!!
Great experience every time I have been in here. It seems the girls genuinely love their job, they are always so friendly and helpful! Very clean and took extra precautions for Covid but still did not take away from our shopping experience. Highly recommend!
I was SO excited to look at wedding dresses that I arrived 5 minutes early prior to the store opening, and I opened the door. I found it locked. Bride jitters right? Anyways, I was greeted by Julie. My daughter and i went to the store last night (richfield) and fully expected that it would be the first shipping trip for a wedding dress. when we walked in we were very kindly greeting by the ladies in the front. We didn't know what that we had to have an appointment but they were able to schedule us for a little later that day.
