Amazing experience! The associate who helped us was Karen and she was FANTASTIC! She helped us with finding my sisters perfect wedding dress and all of our bridesmaid dresses! She made the whole experience fun and inviting and she offered great input on styles!!!

Great experience every time I have been in here. It seems the girls genuinely love their job, they are always so friendly and helpful! Very clean and took extra precautions for Covid but still did not take away from our shopping experience. Highly recommend!

I was SO excited to look at wedding dresses that I arrived 5 minutes early prior to the store opening, and I opened the door. I found it locked. Bride jitters right? Anyways, I was greeted by Julie. She didn’t seemed annoyed that I tried to open the locked door. We browsed through the racks. I really had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. There’s so many different dresses! However, Julie was detail oriented. She’s really good at figuring out what you like & what the current dress trends are. I tried on six different dresses! Julie caught on real quick that I loved veils. After I had a dress on, she made sure to pair it with the perfect veil. My mom was with me, and Julie made sure to include my mom in the process. She was professional, because she picked up on social cues when it a mother was having an intimate moment with the bride. In addition to being a dress guru, she was aware of different wedding details. Like the role of bridesmaids, or which dress would go best in a country theme. I highly recommend requesting Julie if you’re looking for that “dress”. I left the store with four favorites. I can’t wait to say yes to the dress!

My daughter and i went to the store last night (richfield) and fully expected that it would be the first shipping trip for a wedding dress. when we walked in we were very kindly greeting by the ladies in the front. We didn't know what that we had to have an appointment but they were able to schedule us for a little later that day. We came back at the appointed time and started talking to our stylist about what my daughter's desires were for a dress. Nikki or Nichelle was extremely friendly, Smiley, and helpful. My daughter actually found her dream dress and purchased it. If it wasn't for Nikki the evening would have been just a time to try on dresses and have fun. But she was able to buy the dress that she absolutely loves thanks to Nikki and her knowledge of my daughter's taste. She was a lot of fun to be with and we even joked that she could come to the wedding just for the cake. LOL

I had the best time shopping here for my dress. My stylist Missie was wonderful and she absolutely made my experience dress shopping perfect! I would say, the dressing rooms do get warm and a fan or something should be installed. Getting in and out of dresses tends to take a lot of work. Thanks for everything David's bridal :)

I first found and bought a dress and I loved it at first but when I went and picked it up I tried it on and DID NOT like it anymore so then I went back for a appointment and I found the perfect dress this time, and the stylest was very helpful the staff were very patient. The only thing I wold change is that it was VERY hot.

I was at the Richfield location looking for a mother of the groom dress. They didn't have the one I found online and Gloria was awesome helping me find one that I love.
