The dress was way too big and the alterations were crappy. I asked for sleeves to be made of the material they cut off the bottom and the sleeves looked like a kid made them. They could have done a better job. They gave me 2 dates for pick up after alterations. They told me that It was best to get it closer to the wedding so the dress was freshly pressed. Walked in stress free in hopes to get the best service ... Never in my life would I think I'd get treated the way I did . I went in with one of my bridesmaids & while they watched us look around confused as they stared at us and bad mouthed their manager that wasn't there whom I know personally ,I was having such trouble even finding where to start . The Riverside location was horrible!!! Shannon is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. While it was somewhat of a positive visit in the fact that I found my dress, she didn't listen to anything I asked for and in fact when my mom asked for me to try on certain dresses she had the audacity to tell my mom who is paying for it, that's not my style... she has known me for 10 minutes.
