This place has been a pure nightmare and have made my whole experience pure hell, not much more to say, except that if I had to do this again I would NOT recommend this place to my family and friends, I wasn't initially a BRIDEZILLA but now I am, they are still currently keeping my nightmare alive, UGHH

Had an appointment and literally only tried on two dresses and they lady said sorry but I need to greet my next appointment..... what exactly is the rush !!!! We brides need help not to be pushed out of the store , went to Alfred angelos right across the street found my dress , no rush and great service!

I am getting married in two years, yes very early to go dress shopping but I had my best friend (maid of honor) in from out of state and wanted to have the opportunity to be able to do some looking with her there. It started great besides We where about 8 mins late to my appointment bad timing on my part coming from Redlands traffic was not what I expected. Shopped here for a prom dress for my daughter. Ordered the dress to arrive at the store. Was told two weeks later it wasn't in stock and we'd have to come back in to pick out another dress. Ummm no thanks I'll shop elsewhere.
We had an appointment for our flower girls and i expected better customer service. The whole experience was just mediocre! My sister was a better stylist then the girl they set us up with. She was busy doing other things the entire time we got our own dresses and sizes. She said they didnt have lil girls shoes when indeed they did. Not very impressed with the way she looked i mean you work for a bridal shop her hair was a mess.

they were extremely over booked and gave us no attention at all and we had an appointment the girls ended up leaving and will look elsewhere
