I loved the customer service there only down fall was the dresses I had picked online to try on in store were discontinued or not in store. Ended getting a different style dress that design that I absolutely adored thanks to my consultant Tess. Thank you!!

My mom, future mom-in-law, and I were just in today trying on wedding dresses. Although my appointment got lost they were still very nice and helped us. Tess was my stylist and she was AMAZING!! So sweet and accommodating to us. She was also helping another girl but did awesome with both of us. I found my dress, veil, hair piece, and earrings!! I can't wait to bring my bridesmaids back in!

I love this store.... Alicia the store manager has never been anything but amazing to me and my girls! My wedding is next year and the ladies at this DB helped us find our perfect dresses! This store is very popular and always busy so the lack of attention is to be expected that's why making an appointment Is super important! The bad reviews made about this store were probably made my impatient people who forget these consultants are people too:)

I just bought my wedding dress from the Rockford David's bridal this past weekend. Jaymee was my salesperson and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was thinking even before I did. She made sure to keep the focus on me and what I wanted. Even though Jaymee deserves 5 stars, I'm only giving 4 because I feel that the scheduling and lack of appointment organization needs to be addressed by the store manager.
