I just bought my wedding dress from the Rockford David's bridal this past weekend. Jaymee was my salesperson and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was thinking even before I did. She made sure to keep the focus on me and what I wanted. Even though Jaymee deserves 5 stars, I'm only giving 4 because I feel that the scheduling and lack of appointment organization needs to be addressed by the store manager. Very easy to work with staff. Friendly. Will always go back when in need of dress needs
We had read plenty of negative reviews, so were on the defense, expecting the worst. We were able to get in on a Sunday morning, right after opening, with no appointment. We didn't expect great customer service, but Jaymee and the rest of the staff were very attentive and helpful. They were as excited as we were to find the right dress. Hopefully, the rest of the bridal party has as much success and our alterations are perfect and completed on time.
I Love this place.... lady's if u need a dress look no further go see steven he is amazing at what he does u won' t be disappointed. !
