I have to say I did NOT want to come to David’s Bridal to look at any wedding dresses but they lured me in with their coupon at the Great Bridal Expo! I kept telling everyone David’s Bridal is like the Ross Dress for Less of wedding dresses. Thanks to David’s Bridal I will have two wedding dresses, one for the reception and one for the ceremony. I went to david's bridal for my bridesmaid dresses. We didn't have an appointment when we came in, and they were still willing to see us and let us look around and try things on. They have a huge selection of dresses in lots of different styles and colors. Since we didn't have an appointment, we didn't have a specific salesperson per se. Several people tried to work with us which was a little distracting and unorganized, but my sisters and I are pros at this game. I had such a great experience with the Rockville store. They were extremely helpful and willing to do everything to help and gave great suggestions when I was just browsing. They even found the dress I saw online that I wanted even though they technically don't make it anymore and gave me a great discount! My bridesmaids had excellent experiences trying on dresses and it was just an easy, quick process. The alterations were expensive, but they did do a fabulous job and the dress turned out perfect. I loved it!

I loved my David's Bridal experience. I was set up with Martha who was so patient, even when I kept trying on the same few dresses. I had set up other appointments but fell in love with the first dress I found there. The alterations were perfect as well. They made me feel special by ringing a bell when I chose my dress!

I really wanted to love David's Bridal but I didn't. I purchased my dress and had all the alterations done at David's, but each visit was frustrating. My appointments never started on time, and not because the attendant was backed up, but because she hadn't shown up for work. On one appointment, they scheduled me with a salesperson who wasn't even working that day. I recommend David's Bridal My experience at David's Bridal in Rockville was very positive. I have just begun looking. The sales associate was extremely helpful, and patient. She spent 2 hours with me. The store and fitting rooms were not crowded. Given the reviews of others, perhaps the time I chose to shop improved their service - mid afternoon on a weekday. I would recommend visiting there.

If I Buy My Dress From David's Bridal, I'll Drive to Another Location... The service at David's Bridal in Rockville is so horrible that it would be laughable.
