I brought my wedding dress from another boutique and Ms. Birdi & her team made the alteration process so easy! They were so helpful and did an incredible job on all the alterations. I am so happy with my results and I can’t wait to wear my dress!! I am so glad I decided to trust them with my dress. 10/10 would recommend!
I went with my daughter to buy her a prom dress and Sage was very nice and resourceful. She made a suggestion on a dress that she thought would be great for my daughter and she was completely right. We would never have picked something like that on our own. The size in stock was too big but she clip it so we could see how it would look like and she check the computer to make sure we could get it in the appropriate size on time. My daughter was very happy with the dress. Thank you Sage!!!
Came to look for a wedding dress for my mother and the amazing Sage was SO FREAKING HELPFUL!!!! She was so informative about the different styles and colours and sizing. She picked my mother’s wedding dress!!! It was something my mom had pictured her whole life but was never able to find!! Thank you so much for having us and making my mother’s dream come true!!! I just had the most amazing experience trying on wedding dresses at this store! The person helping me ( Dee as I recall her name ) was super nice, patient, understanding , lovely, and made the whole process a breeze.
I bought my dress in Virginia and they gave me a size 16 dress because that’s all they had in stock(I’m a size 12). I brought my dress to the Rockville location in Maryland and I loved coming here for my alterations. They were so kind and patient as I figured out how I wanted my dress to look. Ms. Flo did a wonderful job making my dress a perfect fit. I also appreciate Ms.Cindy customer service. So excited for my day ❤️
