the representative assigned to our party was not helpful at all. I was extremely disappointed. I thought that we would have more guidance with choosing a dress for the mother of the bride. Basically I found one dress for my aunt and the rep set her up in a fitting room and from there the rep disappeared. I had to get another rep to measure my aunt and once that was done we were done. Truly not the way a business should treat their customers

My entire experience was so freaking amazing!!!! Anyone who says anything bad about the Sacramento store is full of shit! That place is off the hook!! The manager is a blessing and so patient. I'd work for her anytime. Retail places need managers like that. My dress consultant is the bomb. I was so comfortable around her and she listened. Let me say that again. SHE LISTENED to me. No pushing for a sale, no blowing smoke up my butt just awesome guest relations.
