The experience was great, my stylist's personality was not a match with mine overall but it didnt take away from my appointment too much. AND I FOUND MY DRESS!

I have had the best experience with Davids Bridal. Davids Bridal has gone above and beyond to make my wedding spectacular. Isabel is a Rockstar when it comes to alterations and Chanye is the Manager at the Arden store in Sacramento, CA. I have a some huge issues "so I thought" with my wedding dress, they insured me they would do what they can to help and within a few days ... the issues were taken care of.. mind you this is days before my New Years eve wedding..
I felt like I was not helped by the dress assistant. My maid of honor had to put me in the dress and hang them up and so forth. The assistant wasent very personable, rushing me like I had to decide on the spot. Not professional at all.
I was disappointed because every time we have an appointment the lady is always helping like two more clients. Also we were given the wrong information on the dress we wanted
