Absolutely amazing! I had a horrible expience at anothe David’s bridal and they made up for it x10. Was very helpful, didn’t show me dresses out of my budget, even gave me a nice goodie bag which the other one didn’t do when I actually did get a dress and later returned it due to the bad service. I highly recommend this David’s bridal!!!!!! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!

I am so thankful that Tiffany was my consultant. She was so patient with me at week ago when I came in and spent 3 hours trying on wedding dresses. Today I returned because I was second-guessing my choice and, again, she was very patient and positive. I can not say enough good things about her customer service or my experience with David's Bridal in Winston Salem.
Our experience was first class from the moment we registered for our appointment until we said goodbye to our stylist, Shereesa. She showed a cheerful knowledge of the stock while conceptualizing our preferences in the gallery, on the platform, and even in the dressing room. On a lighter note she made what could have been an exhausting 4 hours into a joyful and fruitful experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, Although it was super crowded and my consultant was busy she made sure I got to try on every dress I wanted! Would definitely recommend!
