I am super disappointed in this store I had a total of three appointments with this store the trying on which I found my dress paid in full that for dress then after that my appointments they set up for alterations and final pickup were not so great at alterations I felt rushed my alterations lady was not very interactive I guess at that appointment my daughter had left a hoodie jacket and instead of calling us they decided to shove into the dress bag and when I went in to final pickup they had put it in with my steamed read... read more

This place is NOT the place to get a wedding dress, unless you have at leased a year for them to get the dress size right. My daughter in law found a dress & they said they would order the right size BUT never did. The dress was $445.95 & when we asked about sizing it they told us it wouldnt ne done until 2 weeks after the wedding date. She also had an appointment to get the alterations done when she picked it up but they couldn't find information for her appointment. I made an appointment 3 months in advance for Saturday afternoon. I showed up to a packed store and no stylist for me. After waiting 15-20 minutes and I was left to try on dresses by myself, I wanted to leave. As I went out the door I was stopped by the manager to come back at a later time or a weekday stating that Saturdays were their busy days. This experience wasn't what I was expecting, especially having an appointment, and I do not recommend anyone going to David's Bridal.

I left the store in tears the last 2 times. After I bought my dress they got a whole new staff and I have been treated like a burden and trash. Brides should never be treated this way especially when there spending so much money. Please get a staff who cares. You shouldn’t be eye rolling getting snappy or whispering about customers who are treating you with respect. I’m honestly so sad I had to experience this. Do better. Be better. There isn’t a lot of options in this area be an example.

I’ve had nothing but the WORST customer service at David’s Bridal in Keizer, Oregon. During our visit to pick out the bridesmaid dresses the girls at the little front table were rude and snotty. Yesterday when I went to pick up my bridesmaid dress and a friends dress they harassed me about picking up the second dress after they had left a voicemail saying it was ok. They acted like I was trying to steal the dress and kept saying “for security purposes” I would need to call her to get approval but they didn’t need to talk to ... read more

I initially had a great experience at David's Bridal when I went in January. I found a beautiful dress along with accessories. The dress I found was on clearance and needed some adjusting so I made an alterations appointment for May. I had been and was still planning on losing weight and was told that I was able to exchange the dress up until the date of the wedding. If you're like me, and don't care what society expects from you, then guys, this is the judgment free place to find your dress. I've been here 3 times as of 12/7/19, and all 3 times i've been able to look at and try on dresses in an attempt to decide what to wear for my wedding that's not coming till 2022 at least. Edit: This place can be improved if allowed was people to rent a dress that they're highly considering for a day or 2 for a much cheaper price than the dress itself. David's bridal had my wife in tears and held her dress hostage over an error on their part (another store refunded a bridesmaids dress) and demanded my then fiance cover the $250 bridesmaid dress or her custom dress would be canceled..one week before our wedding. You would think that if we were forced to pay for the canceled bridesmaid dress, that we would get the dress? nope! just out the money. Also, they screwed up her alteration, so after all the hassle of having a confrontational manager, she wasn't happy with her dress... read more

My wife ordered a size 14 for a wedding. After she left the worker decided it should be a size 16. Came in for her fitting because we are so close to the wedding date there was only time for a $50.00 alteration. So they altered it BACK TO A SIZE 14. WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY DAVIDS BRIDAL but not good for any future business
