Aside from being packed (Saturday traffic) I was able to find dresses for my bridesmaids and my wedding dress. My consultant, Nikki was very kind and helpful. I am so thankful
My experience was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in! I was able to look and choose favorites online prior to my appointment which was extremely helpful in the process. My Stylist Diane was so direct and to the point...honestly felt like she was family! I chose to attend other appointments but ultimately chose to come back for a second fitting. I went with my girls in the tropical storm and we were greeted with so many smiles. They were there rain or shine prepared to give us the best experience ever! The sales manager Terri was very warm and welcoming. Bianca was my bridal consultant. She was just as exceptional. RecommendedThe customer service here is pretty hit or miss, but I've been lucky with most of the people I've been in contact with. Felisa helped me today with my alterations and she was very sweet and thorough. Francis - not so much...
