I don't know how long Bianca Orrosquieta has been working there, but I was EXTREMELY blown away by her professionalism and expertise with helping feel amazing in the dress and shoes I purchased for an upcoming wedding. I am in the customer service business and customer service is EVERYTHING to me and when I receive excellent service leaders should know about it!!! Thank you again Bianca 🤗
Every bride's dream is to love her wedding dress and not want to take it off, whether at the fittings or on her wedding day. That was not my case. I put on my wedding dress for my first fitting and cried-- and they weren't tears of joy. I was disappointed with so many things about my dress: the way it looked, the seams, the style, the train... My experience at David's Bridal was wonderful from beginning to end. My incredible consultant was Diane Davis and the manager on duty was Lisa. I was very anxious about wedding dress shopping. I'm a plus size girl and typically don't enjoy trying on clothes. Plus, I hardly EVER wear dresses, so I really had no idea what would look good on me. Took my daughter there for her wedding dress the people were very polite very helpful and patient the selection was good place was clean
I purchased my dress in march, and just went for my alterations appt! Rebecca(our consultant)made everything so easy and listened to everything i said and really paid special attention to us as a whole. I ended up picking my first dress go figure! I want David's bridal to know that its because of her, i didn't walk out. My bridal party made this appt, and i was going to order online or go elsewhere.
