Jazz was so helpful!! She did such a great job helping my friend find her dress, would definitely recommend to book a fitting with her. Had some trouble with the girl at the register, forgot to apply the discount but overall they did a great job.
What a lovely place to shop. The staff was so friendly and helpful, you walk in and they name you feel right at home. The expert stylist took time to get to know me and my taste before picking several gowns for me. The biggest plus in my book is the on the spot alterations team. Im able to get everything i need at one location. Thank you so much Davids bridal Ingram team. You made my day magical.
Jessalyn was great! From the start to all the way to end of my appointment, she was ears to what i wanted in my dress. She told me things i didn’t know about bridal gowns. She made me feel like a bride i been dreaming my whole life. I RECOMMEND HER!!!
I advise all future brides to shop elsewhere. Save your time, money and DO NOT SHOP AT ANY DAVID'S BRIDAL. They tell you one thing and DO NOT fulfill what they say. I went in blindly and NOW I AM STUCK with a brides dress that does NOT make me happy and most of all does NOT make me feel BEAUTIFUL. I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact the main corporation to speak to a person and I am ONLY given the option to text. I have explained my problem in hopes to get the problem resolved. Fabulous service so kind Mary Anne went out of her way to help me find a dress after going to several different stores and Angel suggested a belt and brought one over with a belt that just pulled the whole dress together
