Stress and pressure free visit today. Week day appointment was the best decision as it allowed me and my bridesmaid to try on dresses at a personalized pace. My consultant Becca was attentive and kind.
Shopping for my dress was so easy, everyone at the shop was very helpful and courteous.
Loved the amount of help- helped when we needed it, but never hovered.

The consultant was too busy and I felt I wasn't a priority. Maybe she felt I wasn't going to make a purchase, granted I made a purchase of $107, but a purchase none the less.
Sales associate was fantastic and was a lot of help. She made the process really fun and easy!
There was a communication barrier between myself and the seamstress. It is very frustrating when they cannot explain to you what they did. I tried to ask questions in regards to how my dress looked, but she couldn't answe them. There was also not another seamstress there to help with the issue.
