This is the best David’s Bridal in San Diego hands down. I wrote a review a while ago about some ladies who helped me with my bridesmaid dresses, but when I received my actual wedding gown that I had bought from another store in San Diego (mission valley) my mom and I came to the Grossmont location in tears needing help because the other store messed it up so bad. This is a review of the wonderful alteration service we received this evening. I had to leave in the morning for my sons wedding but my dress was so long I would have been tripping over it. Thankfully Eleanor the excellent seamstress was on duty. She measured, pinned, and hemmed my dress within an hour. She did such a FANTASTIC job!!!! My dress turned out beautiful! David’s Bridal in La Mesa, saved the day by having Eleanor on duty for alterations. Thank you Eleanor! Thank you David’s Bridal in La Mesa!!!
The staff is extremely kind despite there on only being 2 associates on the floor. Marlana greeted us and kind of showed us how to find the dresses, she was super sweet. Kenzie took over and brought us the styles we wanted and just made the experience a lot easier than anticipated. Overall a sold out experience.
I came today as a walk in looking for a dress as a wedding guest and I was helped by Kinzie. She was great, grabbing me a few options off the rack and after I tried it on I was able to purchase my dress and walk out the door with it in less then 20 min!
The staff was very helpful and kind from start to finish! I went on two different occasions to look for a bridesmaid dress and each time was met with great customer service. The girls were very knowledgeable of how the dresses fit and sizing. Thank you!
I needed a dress for my daughters wedding in a a month. Sophie, Marlena, and Ashley were so helpful!! Made this already stressful time a very painless experience! I found my dress!! Thank you ladies!!!
