Had a great experience with Ashley the manager and Juniper at Grossmont La Mesa location!! They were really accommodating and took really good care of me to find my bridesmaids dress for a friend’s wedding! Took one star off because I think consistency in service could use some work and also having employees mention their return and exchange policy.m to customers more seriously. I didn’t know that my return period passed so it was a bummer.

I went in today with absolutely no intention of buying a dress just looking to browse and try on a few styles. Juniper was so attentive, kind, patient, and really heard what I was looking for in a dress. I ended up finding the dress! Thank you!!
