My daughter came down with appendicitis and had to cancel the wedding, Jean and Lyla went over and above to return the dress and fit the bridesmaid with a dress. Awesome service and people. Thanks
I can not explain the comfort and professionalism I received from Layla and Jean and ALL staff at Davids Bridal in La Mesa.
I needed some finishing touches to go along with my dress. First, Urszula was amazing, my alterations were perfect and during the fitting nothing was afterthought, small threads were removed, an additional hook was added and she gave a bustle tutorial to my bridesmaids and wedding coordinator. Beth was also super helpful, she helped my find the finishing touches to my dress without being pushy and had some great recommendations.

I recently went here for my wedding dress and was helped by Nicole. She was wonderful, caring and helped me find my dream dress. She was knowledgeable and patient when I wasn’t quite sure about what I wanted. I recommended a friend to here and told her to try to work with nicole only to find out that not is she no longer there but it’s like the place has gone down the drain since she left. It seems like the people working there now have no clue what to do

Went to Mission Valley location and experienced the worse customer service . As if planning a wedding wasn’t stressful enough my dress was ordered in the wrong color and when I showed the store manager the dress I tried on vs. the dress I received I was told it looks fine and to just wait for my alterations and I will feel differently. After 30 mins of not being heard I called it quits and made an appointment with the La Mesa location. What a HUGE difference !
