Found an amazing dress so overall happy with the experience. The only thing I didn't like was I did not have a dedicated salesperson helping me, she was working with other clients at the same time

Had appointment with Uresella today for a fittIna for my Mom's dress and she was fabulous!!! She was wonderful with my Mom and we enjoyed very much our experience with her. Thank you Uresella you are great 👍
I brought in my bridesmaids and I was very open on what dresses they wanted, which I now realize makes it way harder! We had Anna helping us out, and she was so patient and nice to work with! She was very thorough, and even double checked stuff for us when she was sure she was right. Then, we decided to buy a few dresses after we thought we were done, and she still kept her cool and rang us up with a great attitude. I feel like we were a kind of overwhelming group, and she was great to us through the whole time. Thank you!
BRITTANY did amazing it was just hard because she was doing 2 brides so we waited a long time to get into another dress

I did a walk in on a whim, and they were able to get me in. They were extremely friendly and made it non stressful and fun!
