The first time I went to David's was in July to purchase my wedding dress. Tanya was very helpful and I left with a beautiful dress, I was very happy with the level of service I received from her at the time. However, I am very disappointed at the alterations of my dress. When I first got fitted they took a few things off here and there and fixed the hem, it cost me 310$ at the time, which is a lot (the dress was 700$). To start off: I am a David’s Bridal employee in Wisconsin. I am also a bride to be. I am sorely disappointed in how I was treated by the management at this store. I went with my mother and 6mo daughter to find the dress of my dreams, which I did! But that was about the only good thing that happened. I had made the appointment to travel and told them ahead of time that I was an employee. Trip#1 Made an appointment for myself (the bride) first then had one scheduled for my 5 bridesmaids after my time. I scheduled these appointment weeks in advance. The consultant was disappearing and made me do all of the work. We couldnt find her cor help. We had to find another worker to find her everytime. Then she stuck all of my girls into one fitting room and said that the color (coral) was available in all of the dresses. I wanted my girls to pick their own dress in that color. I had the absolute worst experience at this location. I'm not sure who is doing the alterations- but for $100, the seam work looked like a 6 year old had worked on my dress. Highly disappointed and I will be complaining on all social media. This is sad

I very disappointed that a bridal place doesn't have intimate wear / bustier or under garment whichever word you wish to use for girls that are DD. What's the point of only having stuff for only smaller chest women. Then recommend kohls?! Really? Not returning, not even for my own wedding.

DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE! My sister picked out her dress in May at the David's Bridal in Schaumburg, IL. They told her the dress would be ready, brand new from the factory, in a few months. We were surpised when it was ready just a few weeks later. When we went to pick it up, she noticed there were dark stains on the INSIDE of the dress. After aruguing with the manager for some time, they finally agreed to order her another "NEW" dress. Consultant was friendly and helpful but you really shouldn't double book someone. It was not ideal to split our time with another bridal party.

I went on a Saturday to shop for my wedding dress and did not have good experience. Felt very unattended. And it was too crowded. They didn't have a lot of dress selections. Especially for a smaller budget. David's Bridal needs to add more selections of price range and styles to your inventory. Especially ones you sell on online should be in the store too. Very misleading. And disappointing. Please don't book a bride in a room next to bridesmaids. I was stuck in between two rooms in the center and had a hard time getting ar... read more
