Maya was such a WONDERFUL help to both me and my bridesmaids! I couldn't have asked for a better and smoother experience. What an amazing day. My wedding dress I bought didn’t fit because I had a baby. I ended up running into David’s bridal and they literally made dreams come true in under an hour! I walked out in a dress belt shoes and a hair piece for 350.00. Not only was the price amazing the service and everyone was so loving and caring about my situation. Maya helped us greatly during our appointment today! Such an amazing experience! My sister was looking at wedding dresses and Maya’s selections were ones that we initially questioned but turned out to be our favorites! She is very knowledgeable and an intuitive observer. She really helped my sister find beautiful dresses and even made my mom cry with joy! Definitely look forward to working with her again!
My mom, sisters and I came in to look at wedding gowns for my wedding in 2025. It was a bit crowded with other brides and their family/friends, understandably, as we went on a Sunday morning. I was assigned to work with Randy, one of the bridal consultants/stylists. Randy was very helpful and mindful of my first experience trying on wedding dresses. He made sure to offer various accessories to incorporate into the dress, answer all of my questions and check-in with me to see how I was feeling. It was a great experience! :)
UPDATE: I decided to go with a different dress. David's Bridal has this amazing return policy to swap within 60 days of original pickup. My mom and I had a lovely time with Mercedes and I'm so pleased to announce that I'll be getting my dream dress from David's Bridal and will ensure our bride and groom crew are all set from here, too.
