My experience at David's Bridal was unlike any other. My associate was truly genuinely interested in what I had to say and the rest of the staff was always there to answer any questions also
I was overall very happy with my experiences at David’s bridal! I had 14 bridesmaids, and I wanted to make sure they all felt comfortable in their dresses. I picked the mesh material dress in canary yellow, and they could choose whichever dress worked best with their body type. Everyone was really satisfied with their dresses and the prices are comparable, and usually less expensive than other places. I bought my dress and all of our bridesmaids' dresses from David's Bridal (as well as having my dress alterations done at the Schaumburg location). I am very happy with the service I received and the quality and craftsmanship of everything. I had a couple of issues with this particular store. The first was with one of my bridesmaid's dress and the other with my dress. With my bridesmaid's dress, the issue came with them shipping the dress to her -- it took a couple of weeks for them to actually ship the dress to her and it felt like we got 2 different stories as to why. Then, when she finally got her dress, it was like they had hastily bagged it to be shipped to her -- the dress was stuck to the envelope/bag. I got my wedding gown, headband and bridesmaid dresses there. Everyone was very nice. I felt they tried to push accessories on you. One of the bridesmaids dresses came in and it was the wrong color which was very frustrating, but they were able to exchange it and get the new dress quickly.
My fiancee and I are both wearing dresses from David's Bridal. I bought mine first and the stylist was so receptive to all my worries about fit and sizing, as well as staying within my budget. I then photos of my dress to my fiancee's maid of honor for her dress shopping. The stylist was great in finding dresses in her style that didn't clash with mine without her knowing what mine looked like.
I had a great experience here. The consultant was professional and friendly. When I picked my dress, she actually cried. She was so sweet. I tried on at least 10 dresses and she helped with each one. A+
I have to say I have been in some pretty sad looking David's Bridals but this one is lovely! I don't know when they remodeled but it's such a nice clean store! I ordered my bridesmaid's dresses, mother of the bride dress, and my rehearsal/shower dress through David's and they are exactly what I was looking for. Three of my bridesmaids ordered one style and received their dresses in 2 weeks! I went to a small boutique before going to David's Bridal to shop for a dress. The quality of service I got at David's was spectacular, no less than the service I got at the specialty boutique (which is something I was worried about). The stylist I worked with was AMAZING- she listened to everything I wanted and even pulled some dresses that I would never have thought of.
