Never ever go to this location!!! The staff is awful. They are rude, unprofessional, and they are liars. It's funny how this store told me they could not fix my wedding dress problem but another location had no problem doing it. No matter how close you are to this location take the extra time and go somewhere else. The staff is not attentive to a brides needs, are not up front about dresses, and really will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get the sale. So disappointing.

We went there for my mom to find her dress for my wedding. We got there 10 minutes early, was told to browse around by the girl at the front who had the personality of a wet mop. It was amazing to me gow fast her demeanor with me changed when she found out my dress and my bridesmaid dresses were already purchased some place else. I all of a sudfen was a priority! All I have to say is that future brides don't ever go to David's Bridal for wedding dresses. They told me I could get my dress altered somewhere else and then bring it back two weeks before my wedding to get it steamed. So of course I got it cut down somewhere because It was cheaper, keep in mind no one ever told me that if I got it altered somewhere else they wouldn't be able to steam it! This is my second marriage and I was in there with my future step daughter and she knew a lot more then the girl that took care of me. It was a total mess. If it was not for my daughter I would of left with nothing . I was in there last Saturday 9/24/16 and would never go back

Waited for 30 minutes to pick up a sash I had put on hold an hour earlier. Watched countless people walk aimlessly around doing nothing as the store was basically a ghost town. I finally got "help" from Shirley, who was incredibly rude and had an attitude right from the start, I guess she was annoyed at having to work while at her job. So disappointed in this location. Will gladly begin taking my business to House of Brides across the street.
