Meghan at the Scottsdale location was the best, she made the hole experience a lot easier. She made me feel amazing an I love the dress I picked!! She deserves to be recognized for the genuine person she is!! Thank you Meghan!!
Went in to get my bridesmaid dress and had the best seevice I could of asked for. Sophia helped me with my dress and was so energetic and awesome. When I had to get my dress altered amalia did the best job even under a time crunch. I would recommend this store a 100% could not be happier. Lorina the store manager came in and supervised every fitting and was so nice an helpful through the whole process. Best davids bridal experience I have ever had!!!

I took my daughter and exchange student for an appointment at David’s Bridal in Scottsdale and our experience was terrible. The sales person interrupted the girls in the middle of their appointment and said that we needed to leave that area and the girls needed to stop trying on their dresses so a wedding party could take that area. My daughter didn’t even get to finish. They were rude to my exchange student. I was sitting in the waiting area for them and I was told I needed to get up and move to a sole chair in the middle ... read more
RecommendedNicole was outstanding!!! I, like many, waited until the last minute to find a special occasion dress. She was so sweet and made my experience painless. She listened to what I liked and did everything in her power to make it happen! I found the most perfect dress ever and couldn’t have done it without her! Thanks Nicole!! GO SEE HER!!

This place was terrible. I took my bridesmaid here to get a dress and they were basically like "well we don't have a fitting room now and won't for another hour." Fine. They said we could still walk around and look, so we picked out the dress we wanted to get in a few sizes. The employee came by, asked if we had checked in, and then said "we ask that you don't hold on to any dresses." Absolute worst experience ever! If I had not already spent countless hours attempting to receive a refund for a damaged dress and incorrect alteration package, I would happily go into detail in regards to all of their shortcomings, lies, and TERRIBLE customer service. I now have been in contact with corporate and things FINALLY seem to be getting resolved, but not without several calls and endless frustration. This is the last place a bride needs to deal with!
