This David’s bridal location saved a customer. I recently experienced the worst service at the David’s bridal on ray road, almost gave up on David’s bridal until I took my bridesmaids to this location. We walked in knowing what we wanted and walked out with dresses ordered. Way to do business!
If I could give davids bridal 0 stars I would. To start off, my best friend was being proactive in the wedding planning process and decided to have us get our dresses ordered more than six months before the wedding in case we had an alteration. A couple weeks ago we all met up at David's bridal and found a gorgeous dress that we all fell in love with. We decided then to place the order. Our daughter-in-law looked beautiful in her wedding dress from David's in Scottsdale, and the bridesmaids looked lovely in their greenish dresses so everything for the wedding was wonderful, it's what happened after that left the bad taste. Apparently, there is a special shipping box that the bride is encouraged to buy that enables her to send the gown back for cleaning. The box costs $100. If you buy the box later, it's $190. I was in on Saturday for a scheduled bridal dress appointment, and I can’t say enough good things about Sophia! She really went above and beyond for me, answering questions, making great suggestions on dress styles, and helping me to find beautiful dresses. She never made me feel rushed, and was really nice to work with. She made my experience something to remember. I really wish I could say the same for my bridesmaid appointment. I am so upset with David's Bridal !! We set up an appointment 2 weeks ago to buy a wedding dress for their $99 sale.
