Pulling up to the building, I honestly didn’t know if it was an old closed up location or not. The sign is faded so horribly- the building is terrible. I had an appointment, a girl showed me where the Mother of the Bride dresses were and said she’s be back. She was gone a long time so I picked out what I thought would suit me and waited. She came back and put them in a room and told me which one it was. Never saw her again. Tried on five dresses in a small room. No help, no mirror, no one to help me zip- NOTHING. price for wedding dress. $549. price was great. the alteration very bad the price was out of line. $550. do not get dress alternations from there find other sources

Wanted to return the dress I picked out after a week of me growing more dissatisfied with it by the day. Go to return it and Sarah and raelynn make me feel like a complete joke after I was already nervous for even wanting to return it and honestly I left crying due to their customer service. They were laughing at me for wanting to return it and that’s just not ok. Very dissatisfied and hurt by my experience with them. .

Unfortunately I had two very poor experiences here. I had to bring my bridesmaids in on two separate dates because of scheduling and had the same associate (Raelyn not sure how she spelled it) help both times. I wouldn’t often use associate names however she very unprofessional and often made myself as well as my bridesmaids feel like we were an inconvenience to her despite the fact that we purchased 8 dresses from the store. Don’t go here! After my dress was altered it magically no longer fit even though I haven’t gained any weight, was told by the staff if I lost weight it would fit me right. All I kept hearing was “not our fault” in many different ways. No one offered any solutions besides losing weight until I filed a complaint, then it was we can help for an additional charge. No thank you! I’ll go somewhere else! $1600 for a dress and $500 for alterations only for it to not fit me. Nope nope nope.

Our wedding was on 09/12/20. Our experience with David's Bridal in Sioux Falls was one of the worst ever... with one exception, the older woman that did the alterations. From having to order a dress five times to finally get the correct color and material to just having horrible customer service. My husband and I spent a lot of money in this store and I just feel as if the staff should be friendly... kind... caring... but what it comes down to is they have your money and need to cover up all the mistakes. Worst experience. I felt like a complete burden for wanting to get a wedding dress. The girl that helped me seemed afraid to touch me and help me adjust the dress so I could see what it would be like if it fitted correctly. I asked for barely any lace if any and all she would pull was dresses that were lace from head to toe. I never once got a compliment on anything, just negative feedback, if anything. Went there, had an appointment for the 2nd time, girl was kinda rude, then another came over to help, found a vow re-newal dress, got down to FL the day before vows thought I would try it on one more time, something kept clicking against my legs, look down under it and there is not one but 2 big long sensors on each side, well nothing I could do there but wear it, got back and brought it in, they took the sensors off like no big deal, didn't even apologize, just here ya go ladies thanks, not impressed!!

My daughter in law to be came in for an appointment today and sounds like she was treated like horribly. I would not recommend your store to anyone, i will do the opposite, i will tell the just how badly she was treated.
