I visited David's Bridal in Sioux Falls a few times during my search for a wedding dress, and eventually ended up buying my dream dress there. Lynsey W was the one who attended us for every visit but one, and we absolutely loved her! She was the best part of our experience there; if this review was entirely based off of Lynsey W, it would be a 5 star review! She was so cheerful, patient, and helpful. My dress turned out perfectly and they did great with the alterations! I am removing one star however for the initial consultation- It was a busy day and I understand that, however, my poor consultant was stretched between three different clients, making it tricky to talk to her. For a Saturday, it was unfortunately understaffed. Luckily, my sister was able to help me into and out of the dresses, go find me other styles and whatnot. It all worked out! We originally ordered bridesmaid dresses through a different bridal store in Sioux Falls, but they came in late & were not the right color or material. We walked into David's Bridal without an appointment (in "emergency mode") on a busy Saturday to see if they could order replacement dresses for us last minute. They were extremely accommodating and helped us find dresses within our color scheme with all the girls' sizes in stock. The dresses looked amazing & nobody knew the difference! I was very happy with the selection of gowns in the style and type of dress I was looking for. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate you with all aspects of the brides attire.

I loved my dress however I had stitching that was showing that the sales lady informed me he would go away with alterations. However when I got alterations they told me it would not be able to be fixed. Also bought their package to clean my wedding dress which when I was sold was told they would fix on my beating all the tears stains. When I went to turn it in they informed me it would cost extra to get beating or settling down. I think with the business their in it could be more personal and professional. One of the consultants didn't know when to stop talking and another didn't even help me into my dresses. I think they could class it up a little bit.
