I had purchased a dress for my daughters wedding at another bridal shop that didn't do alterations. I was referred to another seamstress in the area that was supposed to be excellent at beading so I took my dress there and she told me she wouldn't do it. I was in tears so I came across Davids Bridals website and it stated they do outside alterations. I stopped there with my dress and they were more than willing to alter my dress. Joslyn did an amazing job helping me with picking out a mother of the groom dress. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the dress I chose. She had to order the dress in a different color and she made sure it would arrive in time for my event. We also looked at shoes and visited with a seamstress to be sure alterations would be done in time for my son's wedding in June. I had a wonderful experience. I left the store happy and relieved I found a dress I felt beautiful in.
My Bridal Stylist Mary Collins was very nice and welcoming. She was just as excited as I was to find my Perfect dress. She was very attentive to every detail of the dress style I wanted. She also showed me the different options that could be added & altered on each dress I tried on. I found my perfect dress and all the accessories to go with it.. So when you go in for your appointment ask for Mary. She will help you find your perfect dress too.
David's did a great job! Every time I went in, my sale's lady was fantastic (rylin? spelling is hard). She pulled as many dresses as I wanted and didn't try to rush me. Even when busy with another customer she was able to help find my dress from a previous appointment. The seamstress was also amazing - did a great job and the bustle was great, (although I'm not sure my bridal party did it entirely correctly, it still worked great for dancing, which is no small feat considering the size of the poof). 10000% recommend.
Everyone was very helpful when picking out my dress. Found the perfect combo of 2 dresses I was going back and fourth on. Shout out to Brittney & Margeret in alterations! Only took 1 alterations appointment and my dress fit like a glove! And with quick turn around time.
