Worst place to buy a wedding dress. They lure you in with lower prices than other wedding dress stores but the quality of the dresses is crap! Also I paid 500 dollars for alterations that didn’t even last two hours on my wedding date.

Used David's Bridal for our bridesmaids' dresses. The dresses were beautiful and the perfect color, but 3 of the 4 did not zip up in the back. Maryn was always very friendly and helpful. A few of the times we went in, I felt like we were on our own and the customer service was not always present. At times I felt like a burden to staff.
Paid $60 to alter an already $150 dress and they make you pay before it's even done then I get my dress it's completely uneven. They fixed it to match but it ended up way shorter than it should have been you shouldn't have to pay until it's actually done!
It was soo terribly expensive for the alterations. Heck my dress and veil and undergarments were $1500, why should alterations be $400. That was ridiculous. No reason if u buy a dress that expensive should anyone have to spend that much on alterations. That is robbery!

Appointment on January 14 to order a bridesmaid dress for my daughter. Paid for dress same day and was told 4-6 weeks to arrive. Six weeks went by and we heard nothing so I finally called them. They had no record for my daughter, no record for that style being ordered, no record of us being there. The only way they found us was they took the time off of my receipt and found a credit card transaction under my name. We had ordered and paid for the dress that day but they never ordered. Alterations done to my daughter's prom dress were horrible!! This was the fourth dress I have gotten from this store in a year and will not go back due to the nasty attitude I received with this one!!

My daughter is MOH in a wedding in August. We made an appt to have her fitted for her bridesmaid dress. They even called the day before to confirm she would be there. We arrived the day of her appt and they couldn't find her name or the brides name. The receptionist was flustered, working on other entries. I was in this specific store twice and both times I felt as if I wasn't worth anybody's time. The first night we were there, we had called and made an appointment. We walked in the door and not one person turned to even acknowledge us. It took about 20 minutes before we were greeted. The rep that greeted us was helping at least 3 parties at once and was getting flustered. We tried on a few dresses and set up a profile for my wedding. I have called the store multiple times and not a single person answers the phone!! I've let the phone ring for up to 5 minutes and still nothing. Really disappointing. Update: I changed my 2 star review to 4 stars because the manager of the store called and apologized for the inconvenience and made everything great again and answered the questions that I had!
