You definitely DO NOT get the level of customer service here like you do at other bridal boutiques in town. The consultant our bride was assigned seemed to careless that our bride was struggling to find that perfect dress. She wasn't there to help her try them on or give any feedback or support her. She was to busy running around with the other groups she was assigned. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The consultant didnt give the bride to be the time of day, they were over booked and under staffed. Consultants were tending to multiple parties at once, not helpful and very rude. They left the fitting room doors wide open for everyone to see the half naked brides to be standing there in their under garments. Would not recommended! My daughter is recently engaged and we will not step foot in this store. We ended up purchasing a dress from a different company ... read more

We have had a horrible recent experience my sister went there looking for a wedding dress and the person was very unhelpful and told her you should always go with the first dress you liked which was else where so she left! Then decided to give them a second chance for the bridesmaid dresses and once again very unhelpful customer services and when the dresses came in they looked like crap! As if they were kept in a tiny box and all wrinkly and could not be worn unless more money was spent getting them steamed!!! Very poor cus... read more
Made an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. My question is why was an appointment needed when we got zero help from the employee whom was assigned to us?
Poor, poor, poor customer service AFTER u buy the dress. Seamstress tried to tell my daughter that the hem line, which was obviously higher on one side of her dress than the other was "just fine." Umm...no....its uneven dork! I know people are thinking "mother of the bridezilla" but honestly, the hem which she took up was crooked. They finally fixed it but she didn't want to. Also first fitting we waited for 45 minutes. No chairs to sit and wait....we just stood around like idiots. I will NEVER go to David's Bridal again!
I felt rushed into choosing a dress by the receptionist at the front desk and felt i had no time for alternations and ended up choosing a dress I absolutely hate now. Thanks for ruining my special day with your shitty return policy.
