Lana at the Sioux Falls, SD store is very rude and unhelpful. If I bought a bra online, they would allow me to return it. If I buy instore, they would not allow it. I bought it only two days prior, drove 4 hours to home to try it on and realized they sold me the wrong thing. It did not fit with the dress I purchased from their store. It was their incompetence that I am in this situation. So disappointed. My sister (the bride) was told to come in on the 30th of June for her last dress fitting. She was emailed reminders and received conformation phone calls. She drove 5+ hours to go to her final fitting and pick it up, only to be told the dress wasn't in. After asking for a manager, she was told there was only a temporary manager there and that the temporary manager doesn't have authority to do much for her. Poor customer service. My family and I picked out all my dresses to try on. I showed the consultant pictures of dresses I liked and was told they didn't have one of them...we found it on the rack! Consultant was back and forth between me and another bride. My maid of honor helped me in to and out of my dresses, the consultant never offered to help. I felt like we were in a department store without any assistance. Went to a different shop across town the same day that had phenomenal service!!
Went in to pick out my bridesmaids dress with the bride and three of her other bridesmaids today and it was bad service, busy and you could tell they overbooked themselves for the amount of workers they had there. The lady helping us wasn't just helping us...she was helping two other brides at the same time. I don't know about anybody else but when I go into a store I expect constant service from the second I walk in to the second I walk out!
